Nationwide Shipping

The following timeframes have been recommended to us by our main courier provider, Post Haste. While we aim to deliver your parcel as soon as the order has been placed, 1-2 days for North Island and 2-3 days for South Island, we can never guarantee an exact delivery date due to it being out of our control. 

98% of our parcels arrive on time. However, sometimes your order will arrive earlier or possibly later depending on the courier schedule, as there can be road closures, weather warnings, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.     

Please note that all our gift box parcels are Signature Required due to their value. This does not apply to our home fragrance orders. If you would like the Signature Required option removed, please make a note on your order at the check out or contact us immediately before dispatch.

Standard Delivery

Couriers in New Zealand do not collect orders on weekends.

We will dispatch your order on the same day if it is placed before 11am.

Selabrations and Post Haste operate shipping administration Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm. 

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your email address. If you have not received this, please email hello@selabrations.co.nz to have the tracking information re-sent.

Signature Required

Due to the nature of our gift boxes, all parcels are sent with Signature Required. This means that someone must be home to sign for the parcel. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to call to let the receiver know they have missed a parcel. They can use this card to get the parcel redelivered or redirected at a convenient time.

If you would prefer to give the courier authority to leave the parcel without a signature, please make a note at the checkout No Signature Required, and include instructions on where you would like the courier to leave the parcel.

By giving the courier driver authority to leave, you agree to take full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered, as the gift box will be left unattended.

Selabrations is not responsible for what happens to the gift box after the courier has delivered the parcel. If you are concerned about the safety of your order, we would strongly recommend sending the parcel as Signature Required.

PO Box & Apartment Addresses

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses, which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without access (for example dogs on property or no access to apartment buildings), so please ensure addresses are entered correctly and that the property will be easily accessed by the courier.

Rural Delivery

A signature may not be possible for a rural delivery. On the tracking link, once a parcel shows as Delivered this means that the parcel has been handed to the rural delivery driver with an additional 24-48 hours for the parcel to reach the receiver.

Click & Collect

At this stage, we do not offer pick-ups, but this is an option we are working on as it is in demand by our customers, so please make sure to subscribe to our email list and follow us on social media for updates regarding this.
